		<description>How&#039;s it going nowadays?  i ran a 5k in 30:42 and then a few weeks later in 26:47; and i was back around 13 min mile pace only around april/may i think

it really helped to see someone&#039;s progress that might be similar to mine; especially b/c I didn&#039;t even really view that kind of pace as coming anytime remotely soon for me. (below 8 min mile  still kind of seems like dying at this point)

USMC 100% for the 3 mile run is 18minutes, so that&#039;s very fit and even kinda hardcore.
